There is a lot of strong feeling in our village surrounding the recent submission of the Planning Application to develop the Greenbelt land on the Shelford Road site in Radcliffe on Trent. Please come and join us for an open and frank discussion of how you can respond to these proposals.
The planning application documents have been made available on the Rushcliffe Borough Council website by way of consultation (but unfortunately this is rather hidden), hence our reasons for reproducing these materials here for you. In this public meeting we will be offering advice on how you can respond to the application. The deadline for acceptance of submissions is currently set for 17th December 2013, which gives us precisely 12 working days to read, digest and respond to this application.
The public meeting is scheduled for 8pm, Thurs 5th December at The British Legion, Main Road Radcliffe on Trent.
All views are welcome and your individual responses will be your own.
Dedicated to providing information of significance to our community in Radcliffe on Trent. Active campaigns include opposition to the development of Shelford Road and RSPCA sites, and support for the Save Shelford Valley campaign.
